I also liked that when I visited family for the holidays etc, I could still go to planet fitness and not miss a week or two of workouts and also get some peace from the craziness that can be family at Christmas.Īfter reading some of the comments I’ll edit to add that if you decide to move or need to cancel for another reason, just walk in and do it. I cancelled without issue when I moved and wanted to workout from home. Staff was really nice, they kept the place clean, it was huge, had everything I needed including 24/7. When I moved to PF, I focused on dumbbell work and cardio and working out the way I enjoyed. I had some mental hang ups with fitness at the other gym where it felt like everybody was super into fitness, I was lifting heavy although I wasn’t enjoying it, etc. I work out at home now but I had a really positive experience at PF. I switched to planet fitness from a local gym with a pool and classes, etc. Remember weight loss is not always the motivation for fitness, and is not always the right answer. Please keep disparaging remarks about your body (including before photos) or others' bodies to a minimum.Be respectful of others on the subreddit, and please report comments that violate the rules for review. Here are some hints to make your stay enjoyable: The moderators also do private form checks should you feel uncomfortable about posting a public video.
